What it takes to join.
Dues are just $5 per semester. Members will receive a GDG T-shirt upon receipt of their dues and will be able to participate in jobs and take advantage of other club membership perks.
When are the meetings?
Meetings are every Thursday from
1-2pm in 1-214 on the East Campus.
Do you have to attend
meetings to be a member.
No, you do not have to attend meetings to be a member, although we do prefer it. Once you become a member you will be updated via email about jobs, events and other updates.
Do you have to be a member
to work on jobs for the group?
Yes. No exceptions.
What are the advantages?
As a member, you will be given the opportunity to participate on jobs for client potentially being compensated for your work and producing a piece that could be added to your portfolio. It is a great way to gain experience prior to obtaining a position in the graphic design industry. In addition, it is an excellent way to network with those currently in the field or studying to one day work in the graphics industry.
How can I find out
more about current jobs?
Current jobs are discussed every meeting. If you are a member you will receive updates via email.
How can I be added to
the group's email list?
Join the group. On the membership form there is a place for email, you will then be added to the list.
