Officers

President

Conducts meetings, oversees all officers and committee chairs, coordinates with advisors, collects mail in Student Deveopment office, attends special functions as club representative, such as graphics advisory meeting, club day, etc., informs members of AIGA and their events and activities.

Vice President/

Production Coordinator

Conducts meetings or attends functions in absence of President. Coordinates all jobs: prepares proposal, contacts clients and designers for meeting dates, oversees client meetings.

Webmaster

Maintains GDG Website.

Secretary/Treasurer/Membership

Takes minutes at all meetings or arranges a substitute, Responsible for emailing President, Advisors, and members all meeting notes, Posts meeting notes on Graphic Design Group bulletin board, keeps track of treasury and memberships and distributes t-shirts to new members.

Marketing Representative

Pepares flyers, promotional material and posts in appropriate places. Posts notices in East Wind or other publications, Prepares posters or material for special events.

ICC Representative

Attends monthly ICC meetings and makes a report to the group following ICC meetings.
